Intergenerational Playgroup

Thursday 9th August

St Lawrence playgroup and Coxhill Manor Care Home have joined forces to run an intergenerational playgroup. Hosted at Coxhill Manor, this group aims to bring together the youngest and oldest generations in a fun, interactive and safe environment. Babies, toddlers and preschoolers with their parent/carer (and in this holiday session older siblings are most welcome) will meet together with the residents of Coxhill Manor in the Conservatory area. There will be toys, craft and singing…and of course refreshments!

Harvest Festival

Sunday 23rd September

The 2018 Harvest Appeal will be in aid of Samara’s Aid Appeal, helping relieve suffering through the provision of humanitarian and medical aid in Syria.

The Services will be 9:00am at St Saviours and 10:00am at St Lawrence.

The Wind in the Willows

Sunday 23rd September

Follow Mole, Rat, Badger and Toad on their adventures with The Cat’s Grin Theatre Co’s production of Wind in the Willows – live theatre to enlighten, educate and enthral children. It’s a performance full of energy and audience participation.

This family theatre show is a delightful new event for 2018. We have space for around 50 children (4 to 12s). We are very excited. And that’s just us grown ups!

Tickets: £7.50 for 4 to 12 year-olds | includes interval tea.  Accompanying adults come free.

The Chobham Festival

14th - 30th September

Each Autumn the parish hosts the Chobham Festival, a delightful series of concerts, enertainments, art exhibitions.  Most events are ticketted.  You can find details of the festival on their own dedicated website.
