COME AND WORSHIP

St Lawrence Church has been the spiritual heart of Chobham for nearly 1,000 years. It is open everyday for all who seek peace and space for contemplation and prayer in the midst of busy 21st century lives.

There are weekday services as well as two Sunday services at St Lawrence and one Sunday service at St Saviour.

The early Sunday service at St Lawrence at 8am - “the 8 o’clock” as it is affectionately known by early risers - and the 9am service at St Saviour use traditional language while the 10am parish communion at St Lawrence has a modern version of the words that, in different forms, have been used for generations.

You can find the times of all services this week HERE

At St Lawrence and St Saviour, Christians of all traditions share in communion. Everyone is welcome to come to the altar for a blessing.

Our twice-monthly Sunday Teatime @ St Lawrence tea service is especially for children and their families. Children are welcome at all our services.

The Sunday 10 am service at St Lawrence includes the opportunity for the laying on of hands and healing in the Lady Chapel during communion.

Practicalities

St Lawrence has ramp access for wheelchairs, and St Saviour has easy wheelchair access. St Lawrence has a loop system for the hard of hearing, and both churches are well heated!
